The Low Cost Roofing Stoke Stadium

Potteries Park

Potteries Park — also known as The Low Cost Roofing Stoke Stadium for sponsorship purposes — is a sports stadium in Bucknall, Staffordshire and the home ground of Hanley Town Football Club.

The nearest train station to the football ground is Stoke-on-Trent, located approximately 3 miles away. Upon exiting the station at Platform 1, visitors have the option of taking a taxi or a bus. First Potteries operates the most popular and regular bus service, but other companies also provide services nearby. The journey typically requires two buses, with a change at Hanley bus station, and a final stop at either Bucknall or Abbey Hulton. Given this, purchasing a Day ticket is recommended for better value, considering the return trip as well. However, a short walk of about half a mile to the ground is necessary, as buses do not directly access Abbey Lane. The departure and arrival postcodes for the train and bus journey are ST4 2AA and ST2 8AJ, respectively, and travelers can use Google Maps for directions.

For those traveling by car, the journey involves exiting at Junction 16 (M6) onto the A500, then merging onto Etruria Road (A53). After following A53, travelers should take the 2nd exit at the roundabout onto Cobridge Road, turn right onto Waterloo Road (A50), and continue to follow the route through several turns and traffic lights until reaching Fellbroook Lane and then Abbey Lane, where the ground is located. Parking near the ground is limited, so visitors are urged to be considerate of the neighbors. Directions can also be accessed via Google Maps.

Visitors to the ground can enjoy various amenities, including a matchday programme priced at £2 and current admission prices available on the First Team or Reserve Team pages. The site features a licensed bar serving draught beer and bottles, and a cafe that offers local Staffordshire Oatcake among other items. The cafe is also open on Sunday mornings for Academy (Junior) games.
