Queen Elizabeth II Stadium is a sports stadium in Enfield, Enfield and the home ground of Enfield Town Football Club.
The stadium has a maximum capacity of 2,500 spectators.
The stadium, featuring the main pavilion completed in 1953, is a notable structure with its Grade II listing and Art Deco design. It encompasses the clubhouse, main stand, and changing rooms. The stadium also includes a smaller seated stand opposite the main stand and two covered terraces behind each goal, which are within the perimeter of a six-lane running track, reduced from eight lanes during the 2008-2010 refurbishment.
Access to the stadium is through three turnstiles, with two typically open for games. Additionally, there is a gate for season ticket holders and individuals with mobility issues. The stadium provides three sets of toilets, including disabled facilities and a separate disabled toilet with baby changing facilities. For first team matches, food and drink are available from a catering van near the turnstiles, Butler’s Bar offering a selection of beverages and snacks, and the Club Shop selling soft drinks and confectionery. However, card payments are limited to the turnstiles and Butler’s Bar.
Enfield Town welcomes well-behaved dogs in the open areas of the stadium, though dog owners are advised to be mindful of others who might be uncomfortable around dogs. Assistance dogs are always permitted. It’s important to note that the use of facilities and attendance at events may be subject to COVID-19 restrictions and precautions in place at the time of a visit.
