Paul Holleran is a football coach serving as the Manager of Leamington Football Club since . He has previously been associated with Alvechurch, Halesowen Town and Rushall Olympic during his career.
A fixture in Midlands non-league football since taking charge of Leamington in November 2009. In a managerial tenure spanning nearly 15 years, Holleran has overseen more than 700 games for the club, achieving significant success. His leadership has guided Leamington to a Southern League title, a play-off victory, and three Birmingham Senior Cup triumphs. Most recently, in the 2023/24 season, he steered the club back to the National League North through the Southern League play-offs, reaffirming his reputation as one of the region’s most accomplished managers. Additionally, his tenure has been marked by a commitment to player development, with several of his former players progressing to the Football League.
Holleran’s footballing journey began as a scholar at Birmingham City, before spells as a player at Alvechurch and Solihull Borough were cut short by knee injuries, prompting an early transition into coaching. He played a pivotal role in establishing reserve and youth teams at Solihull before his first managerial position at Kings Norton Town, where he achieved a runners-up finish in the Midland Alliance and a cup win. His career progressed with managerial stints at Solihull Borough and Halesowen Town, where he contributed to promotion campaigns, cup successes, and a memorable FA Cup run to the first round proper with the Yeltz.
Before arriving at Leamington, Holleran also managed Rushall Olympic, where he achieved two play-off finishes and guided the club to the FA Cup fourth qualifying round for the first time in their history.
