Liam McDonald is a football coach serving as the Manager of Stourbridge Football Club since . He has previously been associated with Barwell, Hednesford Town, Kettering Town, Redditch United, Rushall Olympic, Solihull Moors, Tamworth and Worcester City during his career.

Liam had a successful non-league playing career with various local clubs, including Worcester City, Tamworth, Halesowen, Kettering, and Barwell. He transitioned to management with Redditch United, where he retired from playing. Between 2013 and 2016, he led Redditch United to improved league positions each year, culminating in a play-off appearance in his final season before moving to Hednesford Town in May 2016.

In November 2016, Liam joined Solihull Moors, quickly earning a reputation as a promising young manager in non-league football. He successfully guided Solihull Moors to safety, ensuring their National League status in his first season. Following this achievement, he was appointed manager of Rushall Olympic, a neighboring Black Country club.

At Rushall Olympic, Liam has been instrumental in the club’s rise, maintaining their National League North status last season after a play-off promotion the previous year. His tenure has also been marked by significant cup success, winning six county cups, including three consecutive Walsall Senior Cups and retaining the Staffordshire Senior Cup after a victory against Leek Town.
