Chris Herbert is a football coach serving as the First Team Manager of 1874 Northwich Football Club since . He has previously been associated with Vauxhall Motors during his career.

Herbert enjoyed an extensive playing career, featuring for clubs such as Chester City and Vauxhall Motors in England, and Connah’s Quay Nomads, Airbus, and Welshpool in Wales. As a coach with a UEFA A qualification, Herbert has managed Conwy Borough, Cefn Druids, and Flint Town United.
More recently, he spent four successful years at Runcorn Town, where he built a highly competitive side. Following his tenure at Runcorn Town, he transitioned to a role as a first team scout and analyst for League Two side Salford City.
Since his time at Salford City, Herbert has advanced his career by working for Premier League club Nottingham Forest.
